On Thanksgiving and Christmas, Council #2084 gives away food baskets for the needy. On Thanksgiving they make sure everyone that wants a turkey gets one with all the trimings that go with it. On Christmas the Council tries to get toys and food to match the family's need. Between the two days, the Council spends about $3,000.00. The number of families varies from year to year, usually about 35 to 40. If you are interested in helping, please use the "Contact Us" link above and let us know.
